FAQ
Before you reach out.
Is the first video consultation really free?
Yes. Your first video consultation is completely free — a real conversation with your psychologist, not a sales call — so you can see if it feels like the right fit before committing to anything. We respond within 48 hours.
What makes The Manifesting Mind different from other San Diego practices?
Every clinician is a licensed doctorate-level (PhD) Clinical Psychologist with specialized training — not a generalist. We are exclusively Clinical Psychologists, and we match you with the one who fits your story.
What do you specialize in?
Trauma & PTSD, anxiety & depression, and life transitions — including grief, identity, adoption, and workplace dynamics.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. You can meet your psychologist in person at our La Jolla office on La Jolla Village Drive, or by secure video from anywhere in California. Tell us which you would prefer when you book and we will match you with a psychologist who offers it.
How do I get started?
Tap the button, answer a few quick questions, and tell us where to reach you — it takes about a minute. We respond within 48 hours and match you with the clinician who fits you best.
Transform your mind. Manifest your life.
