About Tara
Dr. Tara Arnold is the founder of The Manifesting Mind. She holds a dual PhD in Clinical Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, and a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine with a minor in Spanish.
With eight years of post-doctorate experience, Dr. Arnold works with individuals, couples, and families. Her work blends deep clinical care with a rare understanding of workplace dynamics — the pressures, transitions, and conflicts that follow people home.
She was featured in SD Voyager Magazine's "San Diego's Most Inspiring Stories" and received the 2019 Orange County Psychological Association Diversity and Inclusion Award. She is a member of the San Diego Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. Outside the office she recharges with family, fitness, nature, the beach, reading, and arts and crafts.
