About Debora
Dr. Debora Jason is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides therapy for children, teens, and adults. She specializes in trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, stress-related disorders, emotional and behavioral regulation, and attachment and relationship difficulties.
Her clinical roles include serving as Clinical Director at Trauma Therapy CA and as a Trainer & Consultant at the UCLA Center of Excellence; she is a former Clinical Assistant Professor in the UCLA Department of Psychology. She brings particular depth in foster care, adoption, and early childhood mental health.
Dr. Jason earned her PhD and MA in Clinical Psychology (Health Emphasis) from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, and her BA in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Stern College for Women. Away from work she enjoys time with her family — including six-year-old twins — kayaking, and traveling.
