About Gabriella
Dr. Gabriella Gasparian is a licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy for adults and adolescents. She specializes in anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss — including coping with medical and health-related challenges — relationship and attachment patterns, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Her approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, drawing on cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and relational therapies, always grounded in the belief that meaningful healing takes place within safe and authentic therapeutic relationships.
Dr. Gasparian completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University in Los Angeles and her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior at UC Irvine. Outside of sessions she enjoys family time, travel, exercise, music, and art.
